  • The registration can be done manually through www.dbd.go.th
  • Request new Taxpayer Identification Number.
  • Enroll VAT (not required if the business is exempt or annual income does not exceed 1.8 million baht).
  • Request new Taxpayer Identification Number and VAT registration can be done manually through www.rd.go.th
Limited Partnership Registration

Limited partnership registration must follow the steps as below.

  • Reserv title
  • Enroll new limited partnership
  • The registration can be done manually through www.dbd.go.th
  • Request new Taxpayer Identification Number.
